Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
Product Condition
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition unless the return is due to damage or a product defect.
Perishable Products (Tea)
Perishable items such as tea cannot be returned, except when the product or packaging arrives damaged, spoiled, or compromised.
Customers must provide supporting photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Teaware & Accessories
Teaware and accessories may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

If the item arrives damaged or differs from the product description:
Zencha.ae covers all return shipping costs. -
For all other return reasons:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will provide return instructions and shipping details after reviewing the request.
Return Fees
- Damaged / incorrect items: Zencha.ae pays all return shipping fees.
- All other returns: Buyer pays return shipping fees.

This return policy applies to all Zencha.ae orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates, United States, and other supported international destinations listed on our website.
