Raw (Sheng) pu-erh

Neither green tea nor fermented black Pu-erh, Sheng Pu-erh—often called “green” Pu-erh—is crafted by steaming, pressing, and drying raw tea leaves without oxidation.

Young Sheng Pu-erh typically reveals bright, floral aromas with hints of dried fruit, while aged versions develop deeper, softer, and more mellow characteristics over time.
