How to Brew Da Hong Pao Hua Xiang

Gaiwan Style (refined and expressive)

• Preheat your gaiwan with hot water, then discard
• Use 5 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 90–95°C

• First pour: 3–5 seconds
• Increase steeping time gradually with each infusion
