Lightly oxidized milky oolong (Jin Xuan) with refreshing, soothing effects, featuring notes of fresh cream, butter, and lily. Crafted from the high-mountain Fujian Province, the leaves are rolled into tight, jade-green pellets that unfurl into whole, supple leaves. A naturally creamy, buttery character with a smooth floral sweetness is the main characteristic of this variety.

Profile: This batch has a flavor profile highlighted by pronounced milky and floral notes.

Aroma: Sweet and fresh, with hints of warm cream, butter, and lily blossom. Warmed leaves emit scents of fresh milk and soft flowers, becoming richer and more dessert-like.

Flavor: Silky and rounded, with natural sweetness and hints of cream, butter, fresh greens, and orchid. The aftertaste is smooth, sweet, gently floral, and lingering, with almost no astringency.

Effects: Refreshes, soothes, and lightly uplifts while calming the mind.

Brewing Instructions:

Teapot

Warm the teaware. For infusion, use 2-3 grams per 500 ml of water at about 80-90C . Steep for 3-5 minutes, adjusting to taste.

  • Preheat your teaware
  • Use 5 g per 100 ml of water at 80–90°C
  • Rinse briefly, then steep for 5–10 seconds, increasing time with each infusion
  • Suitable for 7–10 infusions, revealing evolving layers of aroma and depth
