Citrus-stuffed ripe Pu-erh (Xiao Qing Gan) with warming, digestive effects, featuring notes of fresh mandarin peel and earthy sweetness.
Crafted by hollowing young green mandarins and filling them with high-quality ripe Pu-erh from Yunnan tea trees, then slowly drying the whole fruit. The leaves inside are dark, fully fermented, and richly aromatic, wrapped in a fragrant green citrus shell. The lively interplay of bright citrus oils and mellow, mature tea is the main characteristic of this variety.
Profile: This batch has a flavor profile highlighted by pronounced citrus and clean, earthy-sweet notes.
Aroma: Bright and uplifting, with fresh mandarin zest, candied orange peel, and a soft woody base. Warmed leaves release scents of sweet citrus oil and smooth aged Pu-erh, becoming deeper and more resinous.
Flavor: Smooth and rounded, with natural sweetness and hints of tangerine, dried fruit, mild wood, and a clean earthy finish. The aftertaste is sweet, soothing to the throat, refreshing, and long-lasting.
Effects: Gently warms, aids digestion, soothes the throat, and calms while keeping the mind clear.
