Famous Red (Black) tea with warming, comforting effects, featuring notes of dried longan, honey, and ripe stone fruit. Not smoked. Crafted from high-quality leaves grown in the Wuyi mountains of Fujian and dried without smoke in the traditional way, the leaves are tightly twisted, wiry, and glossy black. A naturally sweet, fruity character with a smooth honeyed body and no smokiness is the main characteristic of this variety.
Profile: This batch has a flavor profile highlighted by pronounced dried-longan and honey notes.
Aroma: Sweet and warm, with hints of dried longan, honey, and ripe stone fruit. Warmed leaves emit scents of cocoa, malt, and a touch of pine resin, becoming deeper and more honeyed.
Flavor: Smooth and rounded, with natural sweetness and hints of longan, honey, dried apricot, and gentle malt. The aftertaste is sweet, silky, warming, and long-lasting, with no astringency or smoke.

How to Brew
Gaiwan Style (refined and expressive)
- Preheat your gaiwan with hot water, then discard
- Use 5 g of tea per 100 ml of boiling water.
- Rinse briefly to awaken the leaves
- Infuse:
- First pour: 5–8 seconds
- Increase steeping time gradually with each infusion
- Suitable for 5–7 infusions, each revealing new layers of floral and fruity complexity
Teapot Method (simple and familiar)
- Preheat a teapot (500 ml with hot water, then discard.
Measure 2–3 g of tea leaves. - Infuse with boiling water for 5 minutes.
